228 Graphix was born from a single obsession: making motorcycles look as fast as they feel. What started as a passion project in a small workshop quickly turned into something bigger — a brand built by riders, for riders.

We design and produce high-performance moto graphics that go beyond aesthetics. Every kit is engineered to withstand the track, the road, and everything in between — resistant to heat, fuel, and the kind of punishment only a real rider puts a bike through.

From motocross to supermoto, from weekend warriors to professional racers — our graphics have covered bikes across Italy and Europe. We don't do generic. Every design is sharp, intentional, and built to turn heads in the paddock and on the street.

How to Apply Your Graphics

Take your time and follow these professional steps to ensure a long-lasting adhesion and a flawless factory look on your machine.

Prep & Clean the Plastics

Thoroughly degrease your bike's plastics using Isopropyl alcohol or a dedicated contact cleaner. Brand new plastics have a greasy manufacturing oil residue that must be completely stripped off.

⚠️ Warning: Never use window cleaner or gas, as they leave oily residues that destroy the adhesive.

Align and Center

Before peeling the backing paper off, place the graphic piece onto the plastic panel. Align it using bolt holes, seat lines, and edges as reference points. Use a small piece of masking tape to hold it centered like a hinge.

Apply from the Inside Out

Peel back a small section of the backing paper. Start pressing down the vinyl firmly from the center working your way outward to the edges using your thumb or a squeegee to prevent air pockets.

Heat and Seal the Edges

Once fully applied, use a heat gun or a hair dryer on medium heat to warm up the graphics—especially around curves, deep recesses, and outer edges. Press firmly while warm to activate the high-bond adhesive.

✨ Factory Tip: Let the bike sit in a warm room for 24-48 hours before hitting the dirt to allow the bond to fully cure.
